In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "af777", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at af777.vu, which holds the applicable international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the af777 website at af777.vu and all associated services, games, betting markets, applications, and tools made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

3.1 Age Requirement

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. af777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not met or cannot be verified.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active af777 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. af777 may merge duplicate Accounts, void all associated bonuses, and close duplicate Accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number (which may be your JazzCash or EasyPaisa number), and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for notifying af777 of any changes.

3.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

Residents of certain jurisdictions may be prohibited from registering or using the af777 Platform due to local regulatory restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of af777 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. af777 does not make any representation that the Platform is legal in all locations from which it can be technically accessed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your af777 Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you agree to notify af777 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

af777 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have previously notified af777 of a security breach.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held in your Account remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay KYC verification and the processing of withdrawal requests.

5.1 Deposits

af777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, standard bank transfer, cash deposit (OTC), SadaPay, and NayaPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance as soon as cleared funds are confirmed by the payment processor.

af777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts, credit cards belonging to third parties, or any payment method not registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party sources may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to: (a) your Account having passed KYC verification; (b) your Real Money Balance being sufficient to cover the requested amount; and (c) there being no open investigations relating to your Account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever practicable, subject to system and provider constraints.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. af777 targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for mobile wallet transactions under normal operating conditions, although processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.3 KYC Verification

af777 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your CNIC or passport and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. KYC is typically completed within a few hours during business hours. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents may result in your withdrawal being held pending successful verification.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. af777 does not convert currencies. If a payment is received in a currency other than PKR due to a payment processor routing decision, af777 reserves the right to apply the prevailing exchange rate and deduct any applicable conversion fees.

af777 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have accepted them during the qualifying deposit or promotional period.
• Bonus Funds are separate from Real Money Balances and are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• af777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already accepted and partially wagered at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the original promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or the exploitation of bonus terms via low-risk or hedged betting strategies — is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.
• af777 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify a Player's eligibility for any promotion before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

All casino games available on the af777 Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, fishing games, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG integrity is independently audited on a regular basis by a qualified third-party testing laboratory.

Live dealer games are operated by professional studio providers and are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on af777, including cricket (PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches), football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other sports offered on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Late bets submitted after the start of an event may be voided at af777's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to suspension and change without notice. af777 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the occurrence of the event to which it relates, regardless of whether the Platform was updated in time to reflect the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are set by af777 and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. af777 reserves the right to reduce stake limits for individual accounts at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, af777's settlement rules for the specific sport will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section. Cricket matches reduced by weather or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculations will be settled in accordance with the official match result.
• af777 reserves the right to withhold winnings and conduct an investigation where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other fraudulent activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the af777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one Account or facilitating another person's use of a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false date of birth or identity documentation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in any game — particularly in poker, live dealer games, or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing af777 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit bonus promotions in bad faith, including through arbitrage betting, hedging bonus funds with opposing bets, or any strategy clearly designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.

af777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent or criminal purposes; (c) regulatory obligations require such action; or (d) the Player has requested self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than fraud, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the af777 support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closures typically take effect within 24 hours of the request being received and verified.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without af777's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, af777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from: (a) technical failures or interruptions to the Platform; (b) delays in payment processing; (c) errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunction; or (d) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

af777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude af777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first raise your complaint through af777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. af777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied following the conclusion of the internal process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by af777's licensing authority.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and af777 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
